Director, Teacher, Choreographer Barbara shares her extensive experience at the Dance Teacher Training Certification Institute in Ithaca NY and at Annual Choreographic Workshops. Experience includes private studios, professional companies, K-12, colleges, seminaries, and in-service "teacher training" in the performing arts; choreographic activity for dance, theatre and opera productions. Produced over 150 ballets and musicals. |

Responsible for surveying, researching sites for performances. Securing funding for projects, clearance of royalties, permits, hiring of personnel, arrangements for musical, choral, stage direction, auditioning, casting, selecting sites, staff, arranging housing and transportation during rehearsals, and performances. Licensor of Music in Motion® trademarks, copyrights and products, a federally registered Trademark for Dance Presentation Services in continuous use since 1966, a national network of independent studios and regional dance companies, Reg. # 1199928. Management experience includes boards with budgets up to 50 million dollars. Executive Director of a performing arts center. Operational management of the American Dance camp for five years in four states, and Music in Motion® studios for 38 years, six private studios. Served on four different State Arts Councils, (VA, LA, PA HI) provided in-service training for public and private school teachers throughout the United States. |
