Her love of Mime brought her to Ontario and Colorado. Her first Dance Education assignment was in 1972, and in 1983 it became a full-time passion. Denise has been teaching elementary school teachers and dance teachers through several venues including the National Dance Education Organization and Dance Teachers' Conference.
Denise has been incorporating the Early Childhood Standards of Dance Education at the Blue Ridge Montessori School in Forest, Virginia, since January of 2005 and currently, as a Lead teacher of the Early Learners Program and 'Music & Movement' specialist for the Primary program. |
