Mona Clifford Baker, R.D.E. began her professional career as a ballet dancer with the Harkness Ballet Company and American Ballet Theatre in New York City. Following her performing career she studied movement analysis, becoming both a Certified Movement Analyst and Certified Teacher of Labanotation. She has two movement related patents, Actionomics ™, a training application based on a language for movement and the Actletics ™, a moving instrument garments. In addition to being a Registered Dance Educator, Mona is a Registered Movement Educator and Registered movement Therapist. She currently resides in Sarasota, Florida where she has a private practice. She presents workshops in JCS, a pre-exercise program, to Physicians and Law Enforcement officers. | |
